Life in Peru

Hire me

I am always interested in new opportunities in business consulting:

  • international business, doing business in Peru
  • turnaround situations
  • aviation and airline consulting
  • web applications for business

A decade into the 21st century, corporate culture continues to resemble that of the 20th century. Yet I believe the 21st century requires a new approach to business.

I have a diverse background in business, aviation and CIS. My experience includes Fortune 500 companies, self-directed workforces as well as small business.

  2. Hey, don’t know if you still check this or if you will reply, but I am moving to Peru for a TEFL cert. course in 3 weeks. My Spanish is limited, but i’m hoping i’ll be able to learn quickly. Do you think this will be possible and if not, will i still be able to secure a job upon completing the course?

Any additional info/tips that you have for living and working in Peru for the first time would be welcomed!

    Thank you, Paul C.

  3. Paul, my Spanish is actually still a bit limited, but that does not matter at all when looking for an EFL teaching job. The TEFL certification was not a prerequisite where I teach either, as long as you are native or fluent in English and have some academic ability you will be fine.

Bottom line, in most bigger cities there is a significant market for EFL teachers and you should have no trouble finding a job.

    Best of luck.
