Pisco, 3 use cubs and Ginger Ale (or Canada dry) is better; don’t use Sprite. Also use 1/2 lemon and 1 spoon of dilute sugar.

Thanks for stopping by our blog. I like Pisco with Sprite, but like you said it’s a matter of opinion.

que rico!!! now I want some! I miss having pisco sour, algarrabina, or simple pisco and sprite. So many people say pisco with sprite isn’t classy, but that’s their opinion. When at a club and craving pisco, shots or chilcano or simpler pisco and sprite is faster, and also more economical. Sometimes when entering certain clubs or bars with a large group a bottle of pisco and everess or something is complementary. I’ll take it!!!

Yes, Pisco did not bode well with me in Cuzco. I’ll stick to the sorocha pills and water.
